Physical Appearance: In his natural form, Ganseki wastes little energy on flare. He appears as a somewhat coarse, stone behemoth, in the form of a long, sinuous dragon. He can add the glint of gold or diamonds, if he wishes, but rarely cares to do so. In human form, he often appears as a walking sculpture of stone, which appears as a simple man, of great proportions. Sometimes, this is substituted for a great suit of armor. When he truly wishes to refrain from flare, Ganseki appears as an older man, though rather tall, and impressively broad. He wears clothes one would expect to see on an elder martial arts master.
Combat: Ganseki refrains from combat, whenever possible, mostly because he knows few beings can tangle with him, and have any hope of winning. He dislikes hurting others, and tries to avoid such. When combat must occur, he usually tries to disarm foes, possibly even destroying their weapons, or possessing the strongest of them, to subdue the others. In his human form, Ganseki uses martial arts, focusing on a style similar to the Hung Gar style of Kung Fu. He uses no weapons, instead striking with withering attacks from his stone-strong fists. As a dragon, he usually begins with a sandblasting shot of his breath, followed by any Charms necessary, and usually tries not to resort to his natural weapons; they would crush his foes. he might also stay ethereal, and thus invisible, and then possess an enemy, making it fight others.
Description: In my only game of Exalted, thus far, Ganseki is my dragon NPC, who has hold over a powerful manse in Creation, somewhere in the western area of the Blessed Isle. He has tasked the players with curing a disease that a small village of peasants, who live nearby, hail from. Sadly for them, they find that the town is plagued by an arrogant Faerie lord, and also, none of them have Medicine training. Thus, they must seek one who does, while not bringing down the wrath of the dragon. Should they fail, he will destroy the players. He often sits atop the tower, a motionless statue of stone, in the form of a great dragon.
