Barrow Flame Daiklave (Soul Reaver): Speed 11, Accuracy 9, Damage 9A*, Defense 10
* The Soul Reaver does standard daiklave damage, but always as Aggravated damage. It can also remove the soul of any mortal with one hit. The mortal’s body explodes and their soul is absorbed. This soul is worth 20 essence motes. Exalted can also lose their souls, but only after being killed by the blade normally (losing all Health Levels). More of the blade’s powers can be found elsewhere.
Diamond Mask of Colorless Fire: Accuracy +2, Damage 3A**, Rate 1, Range Line of Sight
**It can be thrown as projectile and does damage as balefire (see Werewolf: the Apocalypse), however it does not cause mutations. When the mask explodes upon impact, it reappears whole in the Reaver of Soul’s hood again at the end of the combat round. When it is thrown, the Reaver of Souls has no head, but he can still sense as if he did.

Other Notes:

Physical Appearance: The Deathlord Reaver of Souls appears as a tall form, covered from neck to toe in superheavy plate as black as night. Over this armor he wears voluminous, slightly tattered robes, also of black and dark gray. He has two large, tarnished gold and brass wings that protrude from his back. He wears a hood up at all times, and within it is a beautiful crystal skull. When armed, a curvy, blue blade of energy and flame extends from his left hand.

(Said in a quiet whisper) "One of the oldest Deathlords, yes I am. It was before the Great Contagion, I died in combat and sold my name and soul to the Malfeans, becoming what I am. In the 5+ milennia since then, I have amassed quite a powerful force of men to my side, consisting of my Abyssals, my spirits, my animated corpses, and my invention; the Lich-Caste. What are my goals, you ask? What indeed."

Artifacts:
Soul Reaver- The Soul Reaver is named both after its owner, the Reaver of Souls, and after its special power; the ability to take someone’s soul out of their body, permanently. It emanates out of the Reaver of Souls left palm and he grasps that wrist with his right hand if he wishes to use two hands to wield it, but, being soul energy, it is weightless.
Diamond Mask of Colorless Fire- When one looks at the Deathlord Reaver of Souls, they do not see his face; like all Deathlords, he is masked. The Reaver of Soul’s mask is called the Diamond Mask of Colorless Fire. It looks like a human head-sized diamond skull. It is perfectly clear and perfectly smooth, but no one can see the Deathlord’s face through it, and to make things even better, it can serve as a throwing weapon. While it flies, the mask appears to be enveloped in a comet, though this comet’s flame is clear as water, and when the mask explodes upon impact, it reappears whole in the Reaver of Soul’s hood again moments later. When it is thrown, the Reaver of Souls has no head, but he can still sense as if he did. Though normally the Reaver of Souls never speaks above a whisper, the mask howls as it flies.
Angel of Death’s Wings- The Reaver of Souls wears a pair of wings attached to his back and threaded through his robes that are permanently empowered with the power Travel the Winds (Blood Magic, p. 129). These giant angel-like wings look like they are made of tarnished gold.
Hearthstones: The Reaver of Souls is a mighty being with access to many Manses. This means that he has access to many Hearthstones, however he rarely needs to carry any such items on his person; he is quite powerful, already. On his person, he carries a Gem of Adamant Skin, placed within his Hearthstone bracers.

FORCES TO COMMAND
Reaver of Souls possesses a rather powerful standing force. Much of it consists of the dead, of course, but there are also a good number of the living in his entourage.

• Abyssals: There are five Abyssals serving the Deathlord Reaver of Souls, including Scythos Deathblade, the Favored Son of the Deathlord.
• Ghosts: The Deathlord Reaver of Souls is served by many spirits. Among these there are approximately 20 nemisssaries, 100 War Ghost officers, 1000 War Ghost soldiers, and approximately 500 hungry ghosts. These last have their bodies stored in a number of large wagons, kept at the Deathlord's lair, and pulled into battle by skeletal steeds when necessary.
• Walking Dead: The armies of the Deathlord Reaver of Souls are filled with many corpses. Most have lost their flesh to time, but a few "newer acquisitions" still reek of rotting flesh. There are also a number of skeletal beasts present. Among these are the good number of steeds that the Reaver of Soul's servants can use in times of need, while others are used to pull the bulky war wagons, for the easier use of hungry ghosts. The most notable, however, is the great undead mammoth that carries the Reaver of Soul's fearsome "howdah", from which he oversees the movement of his forces, and the giant tyrant lizard zombie that Scythos rides, as a sign of his prestige.
• Kyoai Manmosu- this great beast was found by the Deathlord's minions some time ago, and is very impressive. Most of the titanic corpse is skeletal, although this has little effect. Two large, stable platforms hang against its sides, and these are manned by archers. Its ankles are wrapped in spiked ropes, causing additional damage during tramples. Its trunk is partly preserved, and the end is weighted, to strike like a flail. It has great, serrated tusks of black iron that extend from its head. Atop the great beast is a vast, metallic howdah. Within this, the Deathlord himself resides, when he chooses to go into battle. It is controlled by a Nemissary.
• Senshu- the mighty tyrant lizard zombie that Scythos Deathblade rides upon, when moving with his "father's" army. It has the same stats as a regular tyrant lizard, but also the illness-inducing rot of a zombie. Senshu is also covered in places with black iron barding, in order to protect it. It, too, is controlled by a nemissary, sworn to obey the words of Scythos.
• The Living - Soldiery: The Deathlord Reaver of Souls does keep living soldiers, but not too many. He only keeps about 500, or so.
• The Living - Servants: About 900 non-soldier humans dwell within the camp of the Deathlord. Many are servants to the soldiers, while others work to maintain the condition of the dead troops. The bulk of these are the descendants of the dead that make up the army.
