Basically, he is a dedicated Skinlands-specialist. His Puppetry allows him to feel vicariously through others, while his Embody is cheaper to use, and really no less dangerous. Feeling it through your own nerve endings, even when you really aren't, is a hard sensation to swear off of, but using someone else's body can be cheaper, and if someone else has already done the pick-up work, more power to them. Inhabit has its uses, especially in a large hotel, where he spends so much time, and any number of things in Jennaveve's private rooms could be a Consort now, but shellriding is the real reason I took it; Andrew can thus pass through walls for free, without inflicting damage to himself, and avoid the detection that Auspex might have; only Sense Gremlin or Sense Wyrm can detect shellriding wraiths. Also, Andrew has made use of long days to skinride Jennaveve's body, and she is now unknowingly a Consort, too, should he ever choose to use his powers against her.

Description
In life, Andrew was a young businessman who didn't do a lot of business. He spent much of his time in a certain bar, talking up ladies, and enjoying the fruits of his labor at a hotel down the road. He was so set in his tracks that he almost always chose the same place, and had a room more or less on reserve for him at the hotel. He spent enough time there that he even set up a camera, to film his escapades for later review. Most of his partners seemed to enjoy themselves, and few ever seemed to feel that they were out anything, so he didn't notice a trap. One night, a women propositioned him. This happened often, and since she was very attractive, he saw little harm in it. When he asked her to accompany him to the hotel, she agreed. Once there, things went as they usually did, with his best night passing slowly. Things veered off course when she stopped giving him hickies on his neck, and gave him a real love-bite. Still, it felt so good that he couldn't stop her, and so, he died in absolute pleasure. He had no idea that this beauty was a vampire, a Toreador named Jennaveve, who happened to own the hotel he frequented, and that she had been monitoring him for a meal for some time. She knew every detail of how he worked, and how to get him where she wanted him. When he woke up, and found that he was now different; he struggled to understand his new condition. He could see the world, see things he wanted to feel, but he was unable to reach them. Practically tearing his psyche apart, he tried as hard as possible to rend the the Shroud, to force his hand into the Skinlands, and finally, he fell into a chair; into it. Seeing that objects could be possessed, he broadened his horizons to people, and found that, while significantly harder, that was possible, too. Over time, he learned that he could still feel some bit of most of the things that mattered in life, and came to accept his boat, but his Shadow had other plans, and so he must constantly struggle to prevent it from doing bad things. Now, where he once brought women there, he finds others who already have, and vicariously feels their pleasure. Also, he listens in on the talks of various people, and has gleaned information on a number of topics. Later, he could blackmail a number of people, both Cainite and Kine alike.
In any given day, Andrew rests during the daylight hours, and hovers through the hotel at night. If he feels compelled, he might go to the restaurant, but he usually sleeps, and nights are for the hotel. He avoids Stygia like the plague; his Fetters are strong, which makes him weaker in Stygia, his Passions are focused upon the living, and his powers favor the Shadowlands and Skinlands. Also, some of his practices chafe under Charon's edicts, and plenty of people would love to improve their own appearance by busting someone else. If he must leave the Shadowlands, he will, but he concludes any such business as quickly as possible.
I invented this character on the fly, using the Belladona Elder System, and haven't used him, before, but he could be slightly fun, or a good resource character for other players to talk to, and get information he has acquired. I like him, at least.

Enjoy the "Company" of Women (Pleasure): 4-Andrew very much enjoys seducing and bedding young, attractive women, and can use either Embody or Puppetry, his preferred choice, to feel such a rush, even as one of the Restless Dead.
Protect Others From Killer (Hope): 3-The vampire who killed Andrew is still very much active; she owns his favorite stomping ground. Andrew does not wish to see others follow in his footsteps, and so he often watches to see what Jennaveve is up to, trying to find ways to make sure she doesn't deliver the death bite.
Optional -- Thwart Jennaveve (Justice) 3-Rather than actually care about other people's safety, Andrew might trade that out more for interfering with Jennaveve's feeding. He has even possessed someone she was to feed from, attacked her, and jumped out of a moving car, escaping. Since she doesn't necessarily know about ghosts, and certainly couldn't do anything about one, he would enjoy himself, if she ever figured it out. This Passion can replace the one above, depending on the flavor of the game, and, in fact, might make more sense, based on the character.
Protect Tape Collection (Love) 2-When Andrew was still alive, he had equipment set up in the room of the hotel he frequented, so that he could film the women he was with. After his death, the films were left in a box hidden in his home. Though he had little romantic feeling for any of them, the tapes are all that remains of his own pleasure. While he can still vicariously feel it through others, or even occasionally manifest, and enjoy it himself, the sensation pales in comparison with what he once felt, and he wishes to remember that time. Also, the tape that showed his murder is there, placed there by his own wraithly hand. Someday, he might use it to get Jennaveve busted for his murder, but not yet. He understands that, if something happened to her, his favorite place in the world might come to danger.
Learn About Vampires (Curiosity) 1-After being killed by a vampire, and watching her do similar things to other men, Andrew wonders what drives this creature to do what she does. He also knows that there are other vampires, like her, and he seeks to learn about them. If he can, maybe the information will someday be able to help him get revenge, or be worth some more important reward yet unneeded. He could write an article in a newspaper about vampires if he wanted to, or some such thing, and even if it blew over, Jennaveve's "colleagues" would not take the breach well, and might destroy her.
Hotel Where He Died (5)-No place brought Andrew more joy than this place. Even after dying on the premises, something he used to joke about happening, he still spends the bulk of his time there. When he lived, this was where he took his dates to conclude the evening. Now, he drifts through various rooms, finding people who came for similar reasons, and likes to Skinride men, feeling their women right along with them.
Restaurant Where He Plied (3)-While the hotel was his favorite place, he would have spent much less time there without this bar/restaurant. It was the place where he propositioned many of his dates, enjoying their company, and leading up to thrilling nights at the hotel. Since he rarely picked up women who minded one-night thrills, he had little trouble repeatedly visiting this place. He still likes to go there, watching both those he knew, and those he didn't, drink, laugh, watch sports, and do other things.
Box of Conquest Tapes (2)-Andrew liked to film his women. Some knew, others didn't, but most were taped. The tapes are kept in a box, which is hidden in a secret crevice in his old house. With his various powers, he could likely move it, but he is not certain where would actually be safer.
Psyche: Andrew
Archetype: the Monster
Harm "Partners" (Self-Loathing): 4-It's a little bit hating anything Andrew liked, some jealousy that others live through the act, while Andrew didn't, and even some simple, sick joy from harming people, but, where Andrew just liked being with women, his Shadow likes to lead them on, just the same, and then put women in harm when they are vulnerable. He is a complete sadist, and an ass. Also different is that Andrew more favors using Puppetry, and vicariously taking part in pleasure, while his Shadow seems to like the direct hand of Embody, doing things on his own (it is cheaper to make its own fist than body-snatch someone else's husk, and use theirs. He enjoys tying women up, and causing them unnecessary pain. He doesn't kill, for some reason, and many of his victims forget later what happened, due to the Fog, but while under his "care", their time can be horrible.
Destroy Jennaveve (Hatred): 3-Where Andrew accepts that directly harming his murderer would be difficult, even dangerous, his Shadow is under no such fear. Still, his Shadow isn't stupid, and doesn't seek direct battle against a vampire. He prefers to gather intelligence against her, much like Andrew does, himself. It's just that his Shadow is much more likely to use it.
Shadowed Face, Shadowplay
In life, and also in death, Andrew was a 5'10", Caucasian male with short, brown hair and blue eyes. He favored comfortable, casual clothes and a brown trench coat, which his wraithly form still bears. He hides a sword in his coat, like a character out of Highlander. He was 32 when he died, and so still looks like a relatively young man, though his time among the Restless has changed his personality to that of an older man. Due to his perishing as the result of a vampire's feeding, there are no death marks, to hint at the way he died.
