PROPERTY: 271 New Housing Temple District OWNERSHIP: Government owned. Provisionally handed to ranger residents full planning permission and responsibility for upkeep goes to residents.

Rangers Paul, Rocky, Petra, and Ebon, this is your assigned residence in blueprint form. It isn't much at the moment since its in the development area in temple district. There's no rent or anything to pay, and we pretty much subsidise all your bills, but if you get SatTv in or something that’s your responsibility.

Heres the standard ranger deal, to all intents and purposes you own this. In actual fact, you don't get the land until you're full rangers, but that’s not going to be a problem is it? You can do whatever you want to the place really, but if it falls into disrepair its your job to fix it, and if it winds up condemned you wind up in barracks with the rest of the military understood? JP is pushing the boat out with this land deed incentive thing, given each of your backgrounds I think you're onto a good thing here so don't screw it up.

Obviously since we're trial housing the entire ranger corps in these development areas this is going to incurr some pretty hellish expense. This means we'll only be outfitting you with the basics, tv, bath, shower, and some basic transportation. Due to personal bias I've spent most of this housing budget on nice plots of garden land and a good kitchen. I will personally kick the ass of any ranger I find to have an unkept garden, or any lazy SOB who just gravels over the lot. :) Just kidding, the idea with the land is to offer you incentive to perform well, get those mission bonuses and upgrade the place (or maybe just build a new place away from those pesky roommates eh?). Its also supposed to foster a family or team spirit by having you live together just like the old days.

You will be expected to act in your capacity of rangers for your neighborhood. It’s a good neighborhood, but it occasionally has problems with triads and yakuza, so you may get the occasional cry for help we will expect you to answer. At all times keep the excessive force act in mind. Remember the area's inhabited mostly by triads and shaolin, if you take care of any heavy muscle that causes trouble, the locals can probably take care of the fine print for you. :>

The nearest ranger residence to yours is 98 Old Temple east, where rangers Tessa, Colin, Martin, and Sean have residence. They're full rangers already so use their expertise and work with them to make this a shit free zone. This is my old stomping ground so I'm counting on all of you to keep it in one piece while I'm off conquering the world.

Okay, that’s about it, you have one week familiarisation then its back to the grindstone at JP's. Hurry it up will ya, we could use some more full rangers, this world aint fixing itself!

PS, If you have time, theres an old guy who lives in Huang Xian temple who might need things done for him. I would consider it a personal favour if you would keep an eye on him.
