The result of each enhancement is a print that is unique to that scene. The technique used to create the print depends largely on the scene itself and the style of the buildings and landscape. Older brick buildings tend to reproduce nicely in a pointalist style, while buildings with a more modern design may look better with a water colour or oil pastel effect. The final print may appear as a hand drawn pen and ink design, or sometimes the changes are so subtle the print appears almost as a lightly touched oil reproduction. Other factors that determine the enhancement of the final print include lighting, landscaping, and the angle of the presentation.
Photographs will be taken starting in May when the grass is green and leaves are on the trees. You may be asked for some help.. for example moving a vehicle that is parked in a location that will take something away from the photo.
You will be able to preview the final image before it goes to print.
| What we do
A high resolution professional photograph will be taken of the property from the angle that will create the best landscape style photograph.
The image will then be 'cleaned up' if necessary to remove anything in the photograph that may be unwanted in the final product. The image will then be digitally enhanced to produce the best result for that particular photograph.
Special Considerations
Business or Estate logos can be inserted into the print free of charge. You can also makes special requests - Include out-buildings in the image or focus on the main building only, for example.
