In rough outline District 3 runs south along the ocean from 38th. Avenue North in Myrtle Beach to 15th. Avenue South, then overland to Highway 15 (Broadway), then overland south of Harrison Boulevard to the Intracoastal Waterway, then north on the waterway to 501, west on 501 to Gardner Lacy Road, north on Gardner Lacey, then over to Route 90 northeast of Conway, north on Route 90 to the vicinity of International Drive in Grahamville, then east to 48th. Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, looping south between the waterway and the 17 bypass to midway between 21st. and 29th. Avenue North, then north to 38th. Avenue North west of the 17 bypass, and then east along 38th. Avenue to the ocean.
