The tower, evidently, sprung up overnight, perhaps built by the spider constructs, as the surrounding area is razed to the ground.

The heroes end up assaulting the tower, stuck in a tough fight outside, until they manage to open a door inside. There, they find thieves of Sung Chiang cavorting with the spider constructs, proving an alliance.

The heroes tear up the place, until one of the tar, gristle, blood, and stone constructs, the ungroten, rises up, completed. The heroes retreat immediately, now full on the knowledge that Jeweled Eye is more prepared that they had thought.
