Okay, so parts of this are still under construction. I couldn't wait to show off my shiny new Sphere rules, though. This will soon be a complete set of magic rules, including everything about how to plan, build, and describe Effects you might ever want to know. Well, at least all the rules will be in the same place. I swear I find a new magic rule every time I pick up the Corebook, and I find that a bit annoying, at times. Updated September 29, 2002
