My Fishie family!!!
It's been a while, we've gained many members of the family and we've lost many too. Here's an introduction to those who currently reside in Bettaville... This is Chester, he's been with us for about two months. He is quite the show off with his bright blue flowing tail. This is Pike, he is a big fish who shares a 10g (divided of course!) with Stormy. He is very slow moving, almost mopey...not the most energetic but still very loveable! Here is Stormy, he is a crowntail with a bit of an attitude. He occipies the other half of the 10g and is much more lively than Pike. He is always starting flare fests...he is on the filter side with a bit of a current so he plays in his cave when he is feeling tired but he always knows when his mommy comes into the room and darts out to make sure I don't miss a wiggle. This is my little girl Ginger. She is living in a 5g with two ottos whom she ignores. She is pretty laid back doesn't make a fuss about anything..a good little girl. This is Phoenix my worry fish. I call him that because he doesn't wiggle very much he just stares intently at me with this worried face all the time. I tell him everything's ok but he doesn't listen. He is also a ragged butt and has been since I got him but has been good about growing his fins lately. He lives alone in his 2g hex which he seems content in. He's also a good boy and doesn't give his mommy much trouble. He's been in the family about 6 months. This is the newest member to the family...his name is Marley. He has been with me about 3 weeks and he just moved into a brand new 2.5g tank. He's feeling a little overwhelmed I think but I catch him swimming his heart out once in a while. He lives with a pond snail right now, they only one I keep around because of his decent size. This is Vincent, he is one of my sister's two bettas. He has been with the family for close to a year now, he is starting to show some wear and tear but here are some early pictures of him.

This is Floyd, he is (was) a double tail. He has a constat tail biting problem. Ever since his auntie fed him bloodworms he thinks his own tail looks like a nice juicy worm...either that or he likes to wear his fins short. He's got quite a lot of bettatude and we love him.

This page is in memory of those who have left Bettaville to go to the big pond in the sky. Venus
