Is JTKD Computers a shop? No, at least not in the traditional sense. The main differences are as follows:
· Minimal stock is kept, but almost anything can be ordered and ready to go usually within one or two working days
· Goods are purchased from distributors several times a week as needed
· Distributor price-drops are passed on to customers without delay
· Minimal advertising and other expenses means minimal margins and lower overall prices
· One person deals with the entire process from quoting, ordering, assembling, testing, invoicing, to dispatching as well as after sales support
· Advice and support is more easily available
· Warranty claims are processed more quickly and with minimal bureaucracy
· All business is carried out with the highest ethical standards
· Customers are treated with respect regardless of how much they know or how much money they have to spend
· Customers are not pressured into buying anything, but advised according to what would be most suitable to their needs

Do you match competitors' prices?
In most cases, JTKD Computers prices will be lower, but if you are thinking of buying something from elsewhere because it's cheaper, please ask JTKD Computers to match the price. All it takes is a phone call or an email, and you might even get a lower price than you expect. All prices on the JTKD Computers website include GST. JTKD Computers is fully compliant with tax laws, so please don't ask for "cash payment - no invoice" discounts.

How do I order?
You can place an order over the phone or by email. Please do not send payment until your order has been confirmed. At times, certain products become discontinued, or the price changes, so you need to get confirmation for your order.

What are the payment options?
Australia Post COD, Courier COD within Melbourne metro only, Cheque in advance, Money order, Credit card, Bank transfer to the JTKD Computers bank account held at Commonwelath Bank BSB:___-___, ACC:________. Please confirm price and availability before paying.

Can you send goods to woopwoop? }
Yes, Australia Post will deliver just about anywhere. JTKD Computers also uses Star Couriers $6.60 within the Melbourne metropolitan region up to 20kg. Within Victoria, goods can be sent with Vicfast couriers for $11 up to 20kg. Interstate orders go with Busfreight for $16.50 up to 10kg + $4.40 for every additional 5kg (delivery prices are per parcel according to dead weight or cubic weight, whichever is greater).

What can I do if an item I bought is faulty?
Contact JTKD Computers as soon as possible and describe the fault. You will, in most cases have to return the faulty product to JTKD Computers at your own expense for repair/replacement. You will not be charged for return freight of the repaired/replaced goods. JTKD Computers gives 12 months warranty on all products sold, unless stated, agreed, or noted otherwise. Warranty covers only manufacturing faults and assembly faults, and only the faulty item, not including any resulting damage to other items if such were to occur. Warranty does not cover faults resulting from neglect, mistreatment, or use of the item in any way other than that prescribed by the manufacturer.

Do you charge an assembly/testing fee?
Yes, JTKD Computers charges a standard $__ including GST for system assembly and testing, which includes the installation of the operating system purchased by the customer (if any), and comes with a guarantee that all components in the tested system will work together.

Why don't you have online ordering options?
Online ordering only works if most or all products are kept in stock, which is not the case with JTKD Computers

Do you accept international orders?
No. There is no reason whatsoever for someone in another country to be buying from Australia, except perhaps NZ residents. Others should buy from Taiwan or even the US. Our society depends largely on trust, so please don't try to undermine that by attempting to purchase goods from Australia with fake/stolen credit cards.

Do you give discounts to resellers?
Resellers who would like to buy from JTKD Computers are welcome to contact JTKD Computers by phone to discuss their particular requirements.
