6-26 7 something pm. i am a 33 yr old non-custodial parent, who has been screwed by the system,my ex and the ex-in laws. for the past 5 years the famiyl from hell has been raising my daughter and eventually doing their best to sever any and all contact and bond between my daughter and myself.well its not working. i had to sneak up and surprise my daughters father on the 19th and cage him into letting me have her for my part of summer vacation. he practically threw her out me(of course with a few lies sprinkled) but i got her for the summer instead of 2 weeks as ordered. but adn thats a BIG but, my daughter has informed me of several surprising things. one she has been medicated constantly with adderall @ age 5,then concerta for a year and 1/2,now they want to put her on Ritalin- so she will " behave and be good!"- that is suppsed to be her "new summer medicine cause grandma said its cheaper!" 2nd. she told me her daddy is a pervert. when asked why- cause he walks around naked in front of her when shes there for atleast an hour before making her breakfast. turns out he gets up and goes and sits @ the computer naked and when she complained and told him it bothered her, he told her to go watch tv.i asked if she talked to grandma about it, she said " grandma said daddy is doing it cause he misses his soon-to-be ex wife and thats his way of showing it(BTW her site is kallistra.net you can read her blogs about our disfucktional ex family) anyhoo- grandma told her to ignore him. and my daughter(10 going on 30) retorted- grandma that s going to be hard to do!" thirdly. her grandmother has taught her how to clean herself inappropriately. no wonder my daughters undies would stick to the wall. when asked about this my daughter smartly replied that " she asked grandma why she does it differently. to which grandma replied- ' well as adults you do it differently that as a kid".ugh! ive know for years that the women is a little skippy. but now im lead to believe that she has Munchhausen-By-Proxy. i knew she was a hypochodriac, but now she wants to make my daughter sick,besides medicating her like a vegetable. i dont know what to do. ANY SUGGESTIONS??? oh- heres the catch. the last time i reported the deviant/ lascivious behavior- the injunction was dismissed since her father didnt "molest her" and then hte ex-in laws set Me up and had me arrested for "filing a false report, and mental abuse against my daughter(or child abuse) all charges were dropped but they used that lever to get custody of her. they basically covered up for her father, HRS-social services slapped him on the wrist and they told everyone that I told my 5 year old to say those thing about her father. that was 1998. fastforward to now. now shes comming down off the meds.jumpy,hyper, agitated,aggressive,impulsive. MAssive rebound affects from the "ADD MEds". I could really use some advice from any COPS,social workers, Lawyers.etc. im a fulltime mom and fulltime paralegal student trying to figure out the best way to protect my child from this abuse without being made out to be a liar again.
