Value Holdings Inc., along with Indian Brewing Corp.,
have signed a licensing agreement with Indian Manufacturing Ltd.,
the owners of the Indian Motorcycle trademark,
to develop, manufacture and distribute beer.
If everything goes according to plan,
the beer will be on retail shelves early this year.
A 20 year renewable license on the rights was granted,
with plans to distribute throughout Canada and the United States.
A full line of Indian Motorcycle clothing to be marketed
in conjunction with the beer is also in the works.
Indian Brewing Corp.
will receive royalty payments on a per-case basis,
with sales in excess of 3 million dollars expected in 1996.
Value Holdings has also signed a letter of intent to purchase Conners Brewery,
who will be handling production of the Indian brew,
in addition to their normal load as agents for Samuel Adams beer.
