Temperment: Hes as sweet as can be to people he knows but with being abused he needs to warm up to you before he can be nice. This puppy loves to yap though thats all he does.

Is it time for a new puppy?

When we first lost Crummy we wanted to get my mom a little dog to make her happy but had to give her time to fill the loss of a dog she had for 16 years. It was around Christmas time when we decided it was the time to get a new puppy. We look for almost a month when my dad found Shiloh in a ad on the internet one day. A week before Christmas and filling hopeless we went to see him. When we got there they told us about his history and you couldn't help but to fill bad for him. He was only 5 months old and was so scard of people. At first my dad said no there was noway we could take him home he was just to scard for our active family (with two very active dogs already he wouldn't do good in our home). However the longer we stayed the more he became friendlier towards us and my dad took him home He was perfect after a couple days he fit right in and is now a treasured part of the family just like Scamper (click here to learn more about him)and Klondike (Click here to learn more about him).

His History

Shiloh was sold when he was 6 weeks old to some guy that put him in a puppy class that was for puppies 6 months and older. When Shy wasn't responding to the classes the man went crazy and started to beat him all the time. This made shiloh scard of people. It took a little over 6 months for him to come out of his shell and be a puppy. With a little TLC he has became the most vocal and interjetice part of the family. He gets along with all the cats and dogs but him and the youngest kitty in the family are best of friends they sleep together and play all the time.
