Eligibility Requirements

· High School Senior (who has been accepted at a college/university) or a College Freshman

· Son, Daughter, Grandson, or Granddaughter of Branch 5 Member (active or associate) in good standing

· Cannot be a past recipient

Attachments Needed

· Completed and signed application

· Official Student transcript

· Copy of acceptance letter (if a high school senior)

· Written Essay: What This Scholarship Means to You

· Any academic honors received

· Activities and/or positions of leadership held
