Oh, PLEASE let there be another new book come into my life that is this good! I laughed, cried, pouted and fumed all the way through it. I can not recommend it enough. The story pulled me into 'Ya-Ya Land' and kept me there until the last page. When I closed the book at the end of the story, I was yearning for such a sisterhood in my own life. Hard hitting and yet sentimental, there are not words to describe it.

This book reminded me of a modern Wuthering Heights, for some reason. It was really good, and kept me reading to the end, but the characters were not as 'real' as I would have liked them to be. Still and all, I did really like it, and I kept it instead of selling it at the used book store, which is what I do when I buy a book I don't like. I think the most interesting character was the main character's daughter- wondering what was going to happen to her is what kept me interested.
