Each motif has a color picture to go by, and a detailed drawing.
I can not go through and list all 101 motifs, but I will pick a few
and describe them to the best of my ability. I can not do them justice,
this is really one book I think everyone should have.
Butterfly & Blossoms
This motif is of two straight stitch stems, each curving inward towards
each other. They do not meet at the top, but do cross slightly at the bottom
There are ribbon stitch leaves and loop stitch flowers on each stem,
and a silk ribbon butterfly in between the flowered stems.
Fish Bowl
A small stem stitch fish bowl, filled with a plant and two fish.
Harvest Cornucopia
A cornucopia made of couched down ribbon, filled with a pumpkin
and other things.
Teacups on Parade
An embroidered shelf, with three teacups lined up on it,
each teacup filled with a flower.
