Upturned Beetle Day
Ah, Upturned Beetle Day. What a glorious, glorious day. Special thanks to the Lawnmower Man for coming up with this particular gem.
How do celebrate Upturned Beetle Day, you ask? Well, shut up and read is the answer. Upturned Beetle Day is celebrated in any public place, in which you suddenly drop to the ground, lie on your back, and begin moving your limbs in a thinly-veiled impersonation of an upturned beetle. Hence the name, Upturned Beetle Day.
Just be sure to have someone you know around to flip you over, as you cannot move until you are flipped back onto your walking limbs. So, theoretically, if you were in school, and no one bothered to flip you back over, you could miss several hours of classes...
This was a markedly popular holiday, in my estimation, and if everyone around here wasn't an uncaring brute, I might attempt it up here.
