Goku is a Saiyan that was sent to earth as a baby to destroy it and get it ready for sale but Goku hit his head and forgot his mission from then on Goku was good. Goku's real name is Kakarot. Goku's power level changes a lot in the series like when he was battling his brother Radtiz his power was at 950, then with Nappa it was over 9,000 and when he battled Vegeta his power went up to 45,000 at kaio-ken times 4. Goku power when fighting the Ginyu Force was from 5,000-60,000 and when he battled Captain Ginyu his power was 180,000. Goku was the first to go Super Saiyan in the series when Freeza blew up Krillin he got very angry and he went SSJ, his power was at 15,000,000. Goku in the Cell saga died of a heart attack in the future but Trunks gave him medicene. When Goku was fighting android 19 his heart attack started and he couldn't fight anymore but Vegeta stopped android 19 from killing Goku. Goku told his son Gohan not to give up when he was fighting Cell. After Cell was going to destroy the earth Goku teleported Cell to King Kai's planet and he died again. Goku was aloud one day back to earth for a fighting competion. In the Buu saga Goku was still dead but Goku's friend gave up his life for Goku's. In this saga we see goku go SSJ3 and when that didn't work Goku was going to fuse with Gohan but he got swallowed by Buu so it was Vegeta he had to ask but Vegeta didn't like the idea but after awhile Vegeta agreed. Goku and Vegeta made Vegetto. Vegetto didn't destroy Buu either so Goku used his spirit bomb and killed him. In the GT Series Goku was wish back to a kid again so he had to go looking for the dragonballs. So we also meet Bebi who takes over Vegeta's body. Goku doesn't even stand a chance even in SSJ3 so Goku got help from the people on this planet they could make his tail grow back and when he transformed into the monkey he was a golden one but Bebi did the same thing so Goku stepped up another level and went SSJ4 Goku. Then when the evil dragon came along he had to defeat each one of them after that was over the dragon said that he shouldn't let anyone else use the balls but Goku asked the dragon if he went with him that everyone could still use them. The dragon agreed so Goku went with the dragon. Well Goku power level was 1 billion(From what i've heard). Goku married Chi-Chi and had two sons Gohan and Goten.
