Absolute and Relative Links:
Absolute links are the entire path to a file, including the scheme, server name, the complete path and the file name itself. It's like a complete street address. An example might be

Relative links describe the location of a file from the location of the file where you currently are. For example, if you're on the home or index page of a site and there's a page 2 in the same directory, all you'd need is the name of the the page. An example might be
colorpickers.html
