Notes for Joseph Parncott GORVETT
The name concentrates on the Cadoxton/Skewen area around Neath. A
William Gorvett and Elizabeth, were baptising children at Cadoxton from
the 1840s and there seems to have been a Joseph and Betsy Gorvett from
Devon, in the area possibly earlier (Joseph was 70 in the 1881 census).
