The
Rules Of Colchester 2199
Hood
says:
"You don't like them? I'll carve every letter on to your
back if you don't follow them!"
When the war started a global EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) went
of disabling all electronics after the twentieth century, with a
few exceptions. But unfortunately, another EMP has been set off
that has disabled EVERY electronic device on the northern
hemisphere of the planet. Something from Australia would
work though.
Transport not requiring an electric starter or anything electric
is fine, but generally horses, bicycles, and your own two feet
are used. So now rocket ships, anti gravity cars or anything like
that.
No fantastic magic AT ALL. Colchester is a real place, and we are
trying to make C2 as realistic as possible, though remember this
is the 23rd century, so if the founders allow it some things may
be used.
As you see, the rules are flexible and piss easy to follow, you
don't and you're band.
However, when doing descriptions of fighting and so on, please
don't make people puke over their computers.
Romance is also flexible, but I recommend it stays to a movie
rating 15 or pg13 level, to avoid offending or embarrasing anyone.
Many base characters on themselves or alter egos.
Usual rules apply - don't kill anyone off unless you have their
permission first. (This also includes auto'ing. Using someone
elses character in whatever way without asking. Can't move them,
or make them see something.)
Tribes can attack whoever the hell they want, when they want, and
don't necessarily have to have a reason for it. 'I was bored'
would probably pass as a valid excuse.... just don't go over the
top. (correction, do! It's getting boring)
