The Plague
{Echtroi's theory on the Plague}

The Plague
A virus originally designed as a biological weapon, the Plague at its strongest
killed virtually every single person over 20, and some infants as well who had
not got the immunity enzyme like the other children.
It has not quite been worked out why the Plague only affected adults over 20
years of age. Many suggestions have been put forward by various people, such as
it was a specially designed weapon, adult-aged cells were used in its creation,
or even the suggestion that other countries secretly targeted and marked all
over 20 for the Plague to be used against.
However, the most likely suggestion put forward is that there is an antibody in
the body that gradually decays as the person ages, and has virtually ceased to
exist by the age of 20 and older. However, in some people they have produced
more supplies of this antibody than necessary and therefore some have not
decayed, meaning the person is immune to the disease, such as in Morgan’s case.
The Plague was first unleashed in 2189 during the climax of the 6th World War,
when Britain and America were determined to win the war and needed a weapon that
had the same effect as the American atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in
1945. Their attempts at controlling this dangerous biological weapon failed and
it was accidentally released, with unbelievably devastating effects. All adults,
bar a tiny minority, perished

Effects of the Plague

(In order)

Beginning of fever, e.g., coughing, sneezing, and constantly uneven temperature:
boiling hot then freezing cold
All over swelling and bloating of body
Starts coughing blood
Unstoppable eating away of inner organs, leaving the heart, lungs and brain
