Background
Cutter is the son of one of the top scientific minds behind the development of the plague virus. Though the purpose of the plague is still a mystery, Cutter alone knows the means of it's release into the atmosphere. On a visit to his father's lab, young Alex's life was forever altered as an unknown team of elite forces fought their way into the laboratory and opened fire on the people inside. Dr. Darq, in an attempt to save his eldest son, sent Alex flying off to the side from the line of fire and into the computer console that had been preped and ready for the release of the virus. After realizing what had happened, the boy known now as Cutter blamed himself for the deaths of countless millions. After years of relentless searching in america for adult survivors, Cutter left the shattered States and came to England. On his first day there, an ambush led to his original meeting with Dimitri Jacks and the rest of the Main Community. After months of fighting alongside the Castle and Town Hall tribes, Cutter finaly found the object of his search. The adult Morgan had arrived in Colchester with startling news, the virus had returned! During the rush to save the town, Morgan and Cutter began a romantic relationship that eventualy led to a makeshift wedding at the town hall. This was also the time that Cutter lost his eye during a fight with mutated dogs, and made a lifetime enemy of the Odeon leader Spike, after He and Morgan led Spike through Odeon territory at gun point. Cutter left Colchester for parts unknown after the battle of Priory because he thought Morgan had been killed. Now he has returned only to find a new threat, in the form of the NAC, to the town he now calls home.
