Killingly All-Americans


Doug Meagher
Doug was a USA Wrestling Magazine All-American at 125lbs in 1994.
Doug is a 3x Connecticut State Open Champion and a 3x Class L Champion at 3 different weight classes. He won at 103lbs,119lbs and at 125lbs. He went on to college at the U.S. Naval Academy and is currently an officer in the U.S. Navy.


Dave Loomis and Larry Loomis
David became a National Champion in the 119lb division and Larry finished second at 140lbs to both become All-Americans at the AAU National High School Wrestling Championships held at Virgiinia Beach in 2002. Both brothers became outstanding wrestlers at Killingly High School. Dave is the all-time career wins leader with 159 and Larry registered 131 in his career. Both wrestlers were ECC Champions and Class M Champions. They placed twice at the State Open with Larry winning a championship in 2004 and they also both placed at the New England Championships. Currently Larry is attending school and wrestling at WPI and David is attending Rhode Island College.


Dyami Souza
Dyami became the 2005 National Champion at 114lb by placing 1st at the USGWA National Tournament held in Lake Orion, Michigan.



Tom Philips
Tom became an All-American when he placed at the Junior National Tournament held at Fargo, ND in 2003. He was an ECC and Class M Champion in 2004 and was part of our 2003 Class M State Title.


Eddie Loomis
Joined his brothers as an All-American
He currently has 101 wins
