HEllo all my friends, I'm mike and you have reached BLOODWOUND collective's homepage. Read on to see what bloodwound is all about and what they stand for. BLOODWOUND started in early 1997 when I wanted a name to put on all the projects I was doing, the original name was pixie productions. Now it has recently changed a lot. BLOODWOUND offers a chance for DIYers to get their stuff know in the underground. It aims to get many people to become members so you can get your stuff all over the nation and even europe. But most importantly it aims to get you friends! After all music is people. To start BLOODWOUND is looking for any music (preferably all the subgenres of HC/metal and punk) loving non-racist, non-sexist, non-evil in any way person who has something they want to give to music. I hope that we can all be big with bloodwound and we can all have a cool time HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER: to become a member you must e-mail me your snail mail adress. Tell me history of yourself and an explanation of what you are doing for the underground scene, be it a zine, band, label, distro, setting up shows or whatever that pertains to music. WHAT MUST I DO TO STAY A MEMBER there are six things you have to do as a member. 1. Distribute the fliers given to you by me to people bands to pass out at shows or staple em' up on a telephone poll. 2. Put BLOODWOUNDS name on what it is you are doing like an ad in a zine, A little adress inside your tape, A little to do about BLOODWOUND bands on your distro or whatever. 3. When BLOODWOUND does something, you are expected to occasionally pitch in some cash, maybe $20 a year. at the most. 4. Get at least two other people to be in the collective. 5. Put up a link on your webpage. 6. get five people to put up our link on their webpage. there is no like penalty for not following these rules except the feeling of being a cheap fuck! BLOODWOUND will put out a roughly bi-monthly free member newsletter called IN THE BLOOD, you may email contributations to me, like mostly scene reports and crap like that.
