You'll never believe whats happened to me!!! I got noticed by a big movie producer, Charles Sampson, for my favourtie soap opera, The Young and the Beautiful. I've been discovered! I'm going to be a gigantic celebrity! Diary, I'm so excited, I'm having trouble breathing. Inhale. Exhale. Relax.

Charles says I can't tell anyone yet. He wants to choose exactly the right moment to launch my career. That's cool, since Sam, my perfect boyfriend, shouldn't know about it anyway. Sam might be a little jealous of Charles's attentions. But that's silly-Charles just sees me as a hot property. He's not interested in me. Right?

Oh, Diary. Within a few weeks, I get not one nut TWO big chances to become a famous actress. First, I turned down a permanent role on The young and the Beautiful. Now, I've turned down the lead in a movie!
I can't believe I told Charles no. But I did the right thing. My relationship with Sam is more important than a role in a possibly bogus movie, even by a director with a famous family. Along with everything else, Charles is just too cute. Working with him would be an aweful temptation. I can resist anything, except temptation. I HAD to turn down the part.
I hope I did the right thing. Normally I'd ask Elizabeth what she thinks. But Charles said it could jeopardize his financing if word got around about his movie this soon. He asked me not to tell anyone . . .
