The night of July 4, 1998, the world lost two dedicated anti-racists in Lin "Spit" Newborn and Daniel Shersty. Both men were shot to death. Shersty's body was discovered on Saturday; police found Newborn's body just 150 yards away, two days later. The bodies of the murdered anti-racists were found in an area known as a location where nazis frequently target shoot. Over 40 separate sets of bootprints were found in the immediate vicinity.
