As you can see the roulette table can be divided up into the first 12 numbers, seconds 12 numbers and the third 12 numbers. We will call these 1,2 and 3 respectively for ease of use of this system.
You will be placing bets on one of these sets of 12 numbers. The odds on this are 2:1, so when we bet $1 we get $2 in winnings and our original $1 back.
Now get yourself a pen and paper. Spin the roulette wheel without placing a bet and record the result by writing down 1 if the winning number is in the first 12 numbers, 2 if the winning number is in the second 12 and 3 if the winning number is in the third 12 numbers. In the above example the winning number is 36 so you would write down 3.

Now on to the main rule of the system, once there has been 5 spins without one of the groups coming up, you start betting. In this case, 3 (the 3rd 12 numbers) has not come up in 5 spins, so now we start betting.
Be patient a run of 5 spins without one of the groups coming up will happen, just keep spinning without betting until it does.
Betting
So when we have 5 spins without one of the groups coming up we bet $1 on the group that has not come up. If this group comes up, well done, you have won $2, now start the process again. Remember to include the winning number in your sequence of results.
If you did not win that bet, you bet again on the same group with $2. If this wins you win $4 minus the $1 lost from the first bet so overall you have won $3. If this bet loses your next bet is $3 on the same group. The betting amounts, if you keep on losing, must follow these amounts.

I would suggest you write this list of numbers on the sheet of paper you are recording this list of groups of numbers that come up.
As soon as you win, you go back to $1 bets. Always keep a note of which group of numbers has not come up and when it gets to 5 spins, start betting.

A few things to note are that once you win the casino will replace the spin button with a repeat bet button
