Rupert Grint becomes the new face of GQ

Rupert Grint has recently signed a contract with the men’s fashion magazine, GQ, to be one of their new junior spokesmen. Rupert, 16, is best known for his role as the loyal buddy Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter movie series. Being constantly under the shadow of the striking Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) has prompted Rupert to pursue a bit of fame himself.

“Dan gets all the attention from the girls because he is the star of the films,” Rupert explained, “and I get none. Not even Emma talks to me. Heck, even Tom [Felton] gets more fan letters, and he‘s the bad guy.”

Rupert is the eldest of five children but is often ignored because he is constantly away from home filming, and his younger siblings have since forgotten about him. His bedroom was recently rented out to a Flemish exchange student, and his belongings donated to the local Good Will.

“I just want more attention because I’m always the chap stuck back in the dark corner.”

Rupert recently visited the GQ magazine headquarters in New York City for a photo shoot and was delighted to afterwards find hundreds of screaming girls waiting for him outside the building. The police were even called to calm down the screaming adolescents.

“It’s great, now I’ve got all the girls a guy could ask for.”

"Oh yeah, ladies."

From the photo shoot:

Sporting the everyday guy, casual look.

Sporting the preppy, geeky look.

The sensitive, creative look.

Even more sensitive...'come stroll with me.'

Modeling in the classic Hogwarts uniform.

The classic white tee-shirt.

Fame comes with its price...fright.

Rupert's somewhat jealous, younger brother James looks on. James secretly admires his brother seen by the fact that he has the exact same hair-do and outfit.

Will James be the next GQ boy?
