There are many types of work out exercises out there. However, I recommend these two: Weight Training and Cardio.

 

Weight Loss Companies & Their Suggestions

There are many weight watchers out there. Weight Watchers @ weightwatchers.com is one of them. Another is www.jennycraig.com. Come to these sites and check it out information that they have and what kind of suggestions or plans they have to help you to lose weight and be healthy.

 

Education

There are many educational videos out there that teach how to be healthy or lose weight. A few recommendations are Aquatics and 90 minutes Power Health Video/DVD.

 

Obesity

Obesity - refers to an excess amount of body fat.

Causes of Obesity - There are many causes of obesity: genetic factors (genetic cause), environmental factors (lifestyle behaviors), psychological factors (boredom, sadness, or anger), and other causes (illness …etc).

 

Keep in mind that this site will only give suggestions of the types of nutrition, what working out plan there are, weight loss companies and their suggestions, level of education, and medical problems. I will not go into detail of each of the following criteria. For additional problems or in depth understanding of each criteria.
