So you want to know how it's done? Okay... First off, it's bad to let yourself get too hungry. Have you ever gone for a while without eating and felt all dizzy and ready to pass out? That is no good. That triggers a binge. BUT I am not saying to go out and eat. Trick your body. *Drink A LOT! This helps you stay full. Don't drink just anything, stick to water, diet sodas, tea, Diet V8, and other sugar free, low calorie drinks. *Work out in the morning. After you wake up and drink something, go get your work out in PRONTO! First off, this gets it done and out of the way. Secondly, you are not feeling weak from not eating yet. It helps lay the day out, too. *Set a cal limit and stick to it. If you go over once, you will go over again and again. Self Discipline. *Know your facts. Know how much you can eat and still lose weight, the calories in foods, and the calories in a pound, etc. *Amuse yourself. Don't sit around all day and think about food. Get involved in things, work, learn something, go OUT! Staying active makes things easier and more fun. *Be tricky. Are your parents out? Make it look as if you have eaten. Say you ate at a friend's house. Do what you have to do. *Know your recipes. We all will get sick of the same thing over and over. Low cal recipes are a great way to satisfy yourself without eating too much.
