Stand on the Plant

In Bean Valley, goto the place where the Flying Shy Guy is watering the Pirahna Plants. Jump on an unwatered one, and when the Shy Guy waters it, it will turn into the Pirahna Plant, but you won't fight it. You'll just stand on it, until you move.

When you face the Heavy Troopa, it will charge up, and the message "Heavy Troopa is ready for launch" wil appear when it does. If you fight Tub-o-Troopa, who is a more powerful version of him, it will say "Heavy Troopa is ready for launch" instead of "Tub-o-Troopa is ready for launch".
