I am sorry to report, Shannon died Thursday, August 14th, 2003, in a tragic car accident. Sara was the only survivor, and we lost our friend Adam.


In Memory of Shannon Nicole Phares, born May 6th, 1986, died. August 14th, 2003.

Shannon, you will always have a special place in our hearts. You are our Eternal Home Girl. We love you.
