Mac you and I and Tom had a lot of fun together for the short time. I knew you before we both went into the Marines but the time we spent as friends we raised some cane buddy I have a lot of good memories of you , Tom and I some best unsaid.. I know Ill never forget them or you While we both were stationed in Hawaii we had our fun there as well its a wonder we werent in the brig for some of the things we did. Like New Years Eve 1965 All I can remember is walking from Honolulu to Waikiki Beach. I dont think we missed to many bars... I guess we walked back as well remember wakeing up on the stairs leading to the second floor of the YMCA. There was a few time you had to help me back to my area after leaving the enlisted club... We had our good time there buddy Once I was shipped out to Viet-Nam I lost track of you. When it was all over you contacted me and we had a few visits just not long enough though . You will be sadly missed my buddy by myself and your family and brother and sisters. Another Marine is guarding the pearly gates. When I get orders to ship out to your duty station keep a place open for me buddy and when Tom gets his orders we will be quite a trio
