13MARCH1962 L.L. Lemnitzer Chairmen of the Joint Chief of Staff presents a proposal to Secretary of Defense Robert Mcnamera. He suggested staging terrorist attacks on and around Guantanamo Bay to provide a pretext to invade Cuba. The plans included:

• Starting rumors about Cuba using clandestine Radio
• Land friendly Cubans inside the base to stage attacks.
• Starting Riots at the main gate
• Blowing up ammunition inside the base; starting fires
• Sabbotaging aircraft and ships on the base
• Bombing the base with mortar shells
• Sinking a ship outside the harbor entrance and staging funreals for mock victims
• Staging a terror campaign in Miami, Fl. and Washington D.c.
• Destroying what would appear to be a civilian air liner on its was from the U.S. to Jamaica over Cuban waters. The passengers who would be federal agents in reality would supposedly be college students on vacation. A plane at Eglin, Air Force Base would be painted and numbered to match a civil registered air craft belonging to a CIA front in Miami, Fla. A duplicate would be substituted for the real plane and loaded with the passengers. The real plane would be converted into a drone and the two would meet in southern Florida. The real plane would land at Eglin and evacuate its passengers and return to its original status. The drone would pick up its scheduled flight plan and then over Cuban waters transmit a may day signal before being blown up by remote control. The plan is rejected by Mcnamera and Kennedy removes Lemnitzer as the Joint Cheif of Staffs months later.

Nasa

01DEC1984 NASA uses a remote controlled Boweing 747 that takes off from Edwards AFB for fuel research. It is crash landed, but before its destruction the plane flew un-manned for a total of 16 hours and 22 minutes. It flew 10 take-offs, 69 approaches, and 13 landings.

NORAD

"In the two years before the September 11th attacks The North American Aerospace Defense conducted excercises simulation what the White House says was unimaginable at the time: hijacked airlines used as weapons to crash in to targets and cause mass casualities. One of the imagined targets was the World Trade Center. In another excercise jets perform a mock shootdown over the Atlantic Ocean of a jet supposedly laden with chemical poisions headed towards a target in the United States. In a third scenario, the target was the Pentagon, but that drill was not run after defense officials said it was not realistic."

SEPT2000 The Project for New American Century a neo-conservative group with members including Dick Cheney, Jeb Bush, Donald Rumsfield, and Paul Wolfowitz releases a report entitled; Rebuilding America's Defenses. "Further the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event- like a new Pearl Harbor."

MASCAL

24OCT2000 The Pentagon conduct the first of two training excercises reffered to as MASCAL which would simulate a Boweing 757 crashing into the building. A pilot who had been working within the pentagon for 17 years and was an ex-NAVY F-4 pilot, had participated in an earlier version of this same test in 1989 before retiring to take a job at American Airlines. Interesting enough 12 years later his Boweing 757 alledgedly crashes into the Pentagon.

NORAD AGAIN

"Five months before Sept. 11 2001 the officers responsible for defending American airspace wanted to test their ability to prevent a hijacked airliner from being crashed into the Pentagon, but the scenario is rejected by te Joint Chiefs of Staff as impractical, a Joint Chiefs spokesman confirmed yesterday. The disclosure was made after a government watchdog group released a leaked e-mail from a former official at the North American Air Defense Command."- Bryan Bender GLOBE STAFF, 14APRIL2004

AIRCRAFT PIRACY(HIJACKING)

JUNE2001 Depart of Defense initiates new instruction for military intervention during hijackings. "The NMCC will, with the exception of immediate responses as authorized by reference d, forward request for DOD assistance to the Secretary of Defense for approval." Attorney General John Ashcroft begins flying only on charters jets for the remaing time of his term due to a threat assesment released by the FBI.

OSAMA BIN LADEN

"Two months before September 11 Osama Bin Laden flew to Dubai for 10 days for treatment at the American hospital where he was visited by the locan CIA agent, according to the French newspaper Le Figaro. The disclosures are known to come from French intelligence which is keen to reveal the ambigous role of the CIA and to restrain Washington from extending the war to Iraq and elsewhere. Bin Laden is reported to have arrived in Dubai on July 4 from Quetta in Pakistan with his own personal doctor, nurse, and four body guards to be treated in the urology department. 24JULY2001 Larry A Silverstein the owner of WTC 7, sign a 3.2b dollar 99-year lease on the entire world trade center complex. Included in the lease is a 3.5b dollar insurance policy specifically covering act of terrorism. This was six weeks before 9/11.
