I recently got word that I will be receiving my keys either on Thursday or Friday. It looks like I got the old Wishing Well Store at 2835 Zinfandel, just off Highway 50 between Olson and Folsom.  Its still gonna be almost another week before we can start setting up the store, due to insurance and other legal issues, so we will not be opening on the scheduled date of September 1^st. It looks like we're gonna lag about a week behind everyone else.

Oh well, I thrive on conflict. Just means I have more to resolve.

~Its a Pet Bonanza!!!

The baby chinchillas the missus has been raising are now ten weeks old and ready for new homes.  They are standard greys that normally sell for around $130.00 each.  We have three that we are selling for only $65.00 each.  They make wonderful pets and are very affectionate.  They are a long-term commitment (approximately 20 years, forwarned is forarmed...). 

We are selling the chinchillas only, no cages or accessories, however, we can provide references for these accesories.

We are also looking for a home for Baby, our cinnamon-pied cockatiel.  She comes with a cage and the toys and food that we have left for her.  Yours for only $100.00 (they range roughly between $200-300.00 in most pet stores without the cage! ).

Lastly, we are looking for a home for Talico (Tallie for short).  She is a tortoise shell calico (not fixed) just barely over a year old.  She is a bit rambunctious, but very lovey.  She would do well in a household with other cats, but will probably need a period of adjustment to get used to new people, other critters, and new surroundings.

Tallico is free to a good home, but the missus and I are asking for a $20.00 placement fee just so we know that you, the inquirer, are serious about placing her in a good home.</p>

Well, I have decided to finally set up a blog on my website.  I hope I reflected it well enough to match the rest of my pages (sign my dreambook on my index page at https://www.angelfire.com/crazy/foxfeather67/index and tell me what you think!).  Anyone reading this should sign my dreambook on my index page and tell me what they think of it.

 I leave fro Fresno on the 13th to begin training for my new job as manager of the Spirit Halloween Store in Rancho Cordova.  I will be gone until the evening of the 17th, hopefully with paycheck in hand.

 I say this because money right now is very tight.  I did a job designing a web page for a company called PorPeoples' Invention Registry (http://www.porpeoplesinventionregistry.biz), but I have yet to be paid for the work that I have done.  If that company doesn't pay me.  Simply put, if I don't get a check before I leave for Fresno, I'm pulling the sites.
