I'm a small town girl who grew up in the Mid-west and then moved to Nor Cal. When I was 19 I moved to Portland, Maine and took up surfing the small waves on the Rocky Coast. When I was 21, I took a 3 week trip to Hawaii and attempted the big waves. This really showed me how small we really are. Tahiti in the winter of 2001 was a blast and we definitly rang in the New Year! This summer will be 2 weeks in Maui, soaking up the sunshine and surf. Aloah! From Maui!
