Company Profile

Configuration Concepts was founded in 1992 and has since that time been serving a wide variety of businesses and home computer installations. 

Small businesses who do not have their own I.T. Department suffer from not having an advocate who works with their needs in mind. Complete technology solutions wear the brands of many different companies: Dell, Microsoft, Bell South, and others. Whenever there is a problem, they are excellent at blaming another vendor's products, but they are not very good at getting to the root of the problem.

Configuration Concepts takes ownership of all your technology. Problems are solved on-site at the source of the problem, without requiring lengthy phone calls to distant call centers.

The first level of on-site support is typically the end of the trouble, rather than the beginning of a bad experience, as is the case when dealing with Dell's call centers and Microsoft's lack of support options for small business.

There are other companies which try to do what Configuration Concepts does. They also provide technical service to small businesses; their technicians have certifications and experience, too.
