Big Ben, a Dutch Warmblood gelding, was the best of the best in the great sport of Showjumping. Him and his partner Ian Millar ruled the sport with many wins and victories to prove it. Both mentally and physically amazing, the louder the crowds cheered the higher Ben jumped. He was something special, and there will never be another quite like him. Tragically, Ben died Dec. 13 1999 from another colic attack. This time he lost the battle, but he still has won our hearts and admiration.
