  • 2 cups of Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 cup of Fresh Peas (boiled)
  • ½ cup of Coconut (grated)
  • 1 tbsp. of Butter
  • 2 small Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • A small piece of Ginger (Adrak)
  • 2 tsp. of Lime Juice
  • Salt (to taste)


1) Mix chopped cabbage, grated coconut boiled peas and lemon juice.

2) Heat oil, put in small pieces of chillies, chopped ginger.

3) Mix the seasoning with the cabbage mixture just before serving.

4) Add the salt to taste.
