  • 2 cups of Rice (boiled and cooled)
  • ½ cup of Slivered Almonds (Baadaam)
  • ½ cup Raisins (Kishmish) (soaked for ½ hour and drained)
  • ½ cup Peas (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Green Peppers (Hari Mirch) (diced)
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 4 tbsp. Butter


  1. Heat a skillet with 1 tablespoon butter and stir fry almonds until golden. Set aside.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add salt and stir fry the rest of the ingredients. When heated throughly add the almonds, mix and serve.
