  • 12 Slices of White Bread (or any bread of your choice.)
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 1 small Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 small Potato (boiled, peeled, and chopped)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (chopped)
  • 1 cup of Corn (boiled)
  • ½ cup Cheese (grated)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground - to taste)
  • 2 tbsp. of Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cup of White Sauce (see ingredients for white sauce below)
  • 3 tbsp. Amul Butter

  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1 tbsp. of Amul Butter
  • 1 tbsp. of All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

  1. Prepare white sauce by heating 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add maida, fry lightly, and then slowly add the milk. Stir so that it becomes like a sauce. Add the onions, tomato, potato, chillies, boiled corn, half of the grated cheese, salt and black peppers to taste.
  2. Lightly toast the bread slices. Apply butter on one side only. Spread white sauce-vegetable mixture on the buttered side. Put the remaining grated cheese on top. Sprinkle tomato and chilli sauce. Bake at 350 degree F or 160 degree C for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
