  • 750 grams of Chicken
  • 5 Spring Onions (Hari Pyaaz)
  • 5 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 5 Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. of Ginger (chopped)
  • 4 flakes of Garlic (chopped)
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. of Red Chilli Powder
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 cup of Oil

1) Heat the oil and add garlic, ginger, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Fry for a few minutes over medium heat.

2) Add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown on all sides and cook until tender.

3) Water should evaporate and if you see the substance now oily, add green onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, and tomatoes.

4) Cook for another five minutes in covered pot and serve.

Tip: Use long-handled tongs instead of a fork - forks pierce the chicken and allow the flavorful juices to escape.
