  • 1 Whole Chicken (with skin, legs, thighs, and wings)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic (Lehsan) (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose White Flour (Maida)
  • 3 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch) (optional - for spicy chicken)
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil

  1. Put oil in a karhai or pan and put on stove on low heat.
  2. While the oil is heating season chicken with seasoned salt, red chilli powder, and garlic.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour until well covered. Shake off any excess flour.
  4. Simply deep fry the chicken in oil until it is golden brown. For crispy chicken, fry a little bit longer.
