  • 1 tsp. of Ground Cardamom (Pisi Ilaichi)
  • 6-8 tbsp. of Sugar
  • 1 quart of Plain Yogurt
  • 4 large Ice Cubes

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a blender. Add 6 tbls. of the sugar to the yogurt. Add ice and cardamom and blend until the yogurt mixture is smooth and frothy. Add up to 2 more tbls. of sugar if you want a sweeter drink. Pour into tall galsses and serve cold. Enjoy!
