  • 1 ½ lbs. of Flank Steak (trimmed and cut into 6 pieces)
  • Flour Tortillas
  • ½ cup Sweet Onion (chopped)
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper/Capsicum (cut into strips)
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 ½ cups of Salsa
      1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for about 8 hrs or high 4-5 hours. Remove meat shred with two forks.
      2. Serve in warmed flour tortillas with any or all of the following; grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, avocado slices or guacamole.
