The Lighthouse of the Lord; The Lord's Light beckons to you.
From distant shores, the Lighthouse of the Lord beckons to you, saying come
Home, come to Peace, and come to Love. There is a Light that calls to you,
loving you, now and forever more. He says to you, “you are mine”. Listen to
His Voice. Come to His Light. There is no fog so dense, no mariner so lost,
that this Light cannot reach. The Lighthouse of the Lord beckons to you in this
time of storm and raging seas; you can safely rely upon its Guiding Light. It is
to be as a Polar Star on the horizon of Life, a constant in a dark sea of tumult.
Sailing through troubled waters, this shaft of Light is Bright and Clear. This
unfailing Light is great and wonderful. It is calling unendingly for you. And
it signals you Home. Home to your sanctuary from storm, your refuge from
raging seas, Home to a safe and calm harbor - a safe haven of Peace and
Rest. A clear lake of gliding waters awaits you, peaceful and soft, after the
Storm has passed. A Light has brought you in. And that Light is Christ.
That Lighthouse is Christ.
