Hypnotico is a magician/wizard in Webby's town. He first appeared in the comic "Abra Kadabra Alakazam," where he hypnotizes Webby into farting whenever money is mentions. Unfortunately, the next place she goes is a meeting at the bank! He has a monkey named Lickums. He also appeared in "Hocus Pocus Alamocus," where Webby becomes his apprentice.
