Albert is one of Webby's three best friends. I guess you can call him the "dumb one" of the group, even though they're all a little idiotic. Albert's aprents are Alfred and Berta, and he first appeared in the comics Jiggles the Jellyfish, which I drew in fifth grade. The first Webby comic he appeared in was "True Love." Albert is always getting tricked by his friends into doing stupid things, and sometimes he does stupid things all on his own. He has a cat named Mucus Ball. (Great name, huh?)
