Meghan grew up in a small town with little to do and no where to go but out. Her parents made her home a war-zone and she had little interest in staying. She became a gang-member and soon found that she had manifested the ability to become intangible, which allowed her to float about a foot above ground. Later, after leaving town to live on her own, she found that she could shoot bolts of force created by undisciplined telekinesis. She decided she may as well make money with her powers and spent time as a thief for hire as well as being a hero on the side. Though the two occupations oppose each other, her view is, "Gotta make money some how." So she goes about doing as she pleases.
